AWARS GIF Logos

The AWARS (Actually, We Are Rocket Scientists) WebRing uses the Logos below. They have a transparent background so that they appear to be part of your page as opposed to just stuck on it. They have been rendered using a ray tracing program that is capable of calculating the colour of a pixel that is part background and part foreground. In this case, if you have a dark background and have a logo that was generated for a light background, there will be a light halo around it as follows . . .

Whereas, using the correct logo will get rid of this halo as follows . . .

There are three logos, one for dark backgrounds, one for medium backgrounds and one for light backgrounds.

To download one that is suitable, right-click on the image and save as 'awars.gif' ready to put on your webring page.
